NICOLETTE FREEMAN - Director of Photography
Nicolette has worked in the film industry for nearly twenty years. She has won several awards and nominations for her work, and is not only noted for her cinematography, but also her writing, editing and producing.

As a cinematographer, some of Nicolette's credits include the AFI nominated feature film, Road To Nhill, the highly acclaimed ABC drama Queen Kat, Carmel & St Jude, the award-winning Eclipse of the Man-Made Sun, Out Of Their Heads, Going To The Movies, Land Of The Long Weekend, Speaking Up, Larger Than Life, One Way Street and An Ordinary Woman, amongst others.

Nicolette has won awards from the Melbourne International Film Festival, the San Francisco International Film Festival and the Ann Arbor Film Festival, Michigan, USA, amongst others, for cinematography, and has been nominated for the Australian Film Institute Awards, Amsterdam International Documentary Film Festival, the Yamagata International Film Festival, Japan and the Entre Vue Film Festival, France.

She currently holds the position of Lecturer, School of Film and Television, at The Victorian College of The Arts, and has previously lectured at Open Channel and the University Of Technology, Sydney.
