     Director - Jeremy Stanford 
    Jeremy Stanford is one of Australias leading performers
    in theatre, film and television. Now firmly moving his focus
    to direction, Jeremy has previously directed the short films Wednesdays, Dog Jaw, Mean Cuisine, the television pilot
    The
    Hummingbirds,
    been Associate Producer on The Australian Film Institute Awards
    and worked on attachment with Mathew George on the Australian
    feature film Four Jacks. 
 
    In an acting
    career spanning fourteen years, he has played the lead in the
    feature films Compo and Memories and Dreams, and the Melbourne and Sydney theatre
    productions of The
    Club, Sweet Charity, Looking Through A Glass Onion and The Buddy Holly Story, amongst others. 
 
    Also a writer, with the feature film scripts The Perfect Solution,
    Ashes, Darkness Falls
    and Rest in Print
    to
    his credit, Jeremy has additionally taken on the role of Script
    Editor for Heart. 
 
    Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Education from Victoria College and
    a Post Graduate Degree from the Victorian College of the Arts
    School of Film and Television. He is currently appearing in the
    lead role of "Tick" (played by Hugo Weaving in the
    film) in the new theatre production of The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen
    of the Desert.
